How to download invoices for Hostinger purchases

Storing a copy of your Hostinger invoices on your local device

At Hostinger, you can download an invoice for each completed payment directly from your hPanel.

Downloading your invoice

  1. Go to hPanel Billing Payment History

  2. Click on the arrow (❯) next to the relevant payment

  3. In the Payment Details window, click Download Invoice.

The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF file to the default download location set in your browser. You can open and print it using any standard PDF reader.

What information appears on the invoice

The invoice includes the details saved in your Account Information, such as: name, address, email and phone number.

If you have added company details (company name and tax identification number), this information will also appear on the invoice.

Once a payment is completed, the invoice is automatically generated. Issued invoices cannot be changed or customized.

Fiscal invoice availability

Tax-compliant invoices are issued only for entities with a valid tax identification number in the following regions:

  • European Union/Northern Ireland – Intracommunity VAT invoices
  • India – GST invoices
  • Indonesia – E-faktur invoices. For Indonesian customers with a valid NPWP, tax invoices are issued separately. Follow this guide instead: Request E-Faktur at Hostinger

Due to fiscal regulations, tax invoices cannot be issued for countries outside the EU/Northern Ireland, India, and Indonesia. For example, Brazilian tax invoices (nota fiscal) are not available. However, customers in these regions can still download an invoice as a receipt for proof of purchase using the steps above.
