Parameters and limits of Hostinger Mail

To ensure high deliverability and account security, Hostinger applies specific resource limits to email services. These parameters vary depending on whether you are using a standalone email plan or a version included with your hosting plan.

There are three main ways to access Hostinger Email:

• Business Email plans: Standalone, professional email services available as Business Starter or Business Premium.

• Business Email Free Trial: A trial period of professional email included with select hosting or domain purchases.

• Free Business Email: Legacy email versions bundled with specific web hosting plans.

All parameters listed below are applied per individual mailbox and calculated over a rolling 24-hour period.

Business Email Plans

These standalone plans provide extensive resources and advanced features for professional communication. You can create as many mailboxes as purchased and add more mailboxes at any time.

NOTES

• The daily message rate applies separately to incoming and outgoing traffic. For example, a limit of 1000 allows for 1000 sent messages and 1000 received messages in a 24-hour period.
• Email limits are fixed per plan and cannot be customized, with the exception of the Storage Add-on available for Business Starter and Business Premium email plans.
• You can upgrade your plan at any time; the new limits will apply to all mailboxes associated with that specific email order.

Business Email Free Trial

Experience professional email features with specific trial limits. These trials allow you to test the interface and core functionality before upgrading to a full plan. Eligibility depends on your initial purchase:

• The 30-day trial is available through selected domain purchases and includes 1 mailbox.
• The 1-year trial is included with specific hosting plans, and the mailboxes per domain vary per hosting plan.

All other parameters not listed in the table above, such as aliases, filters, and security features, match the full Business Starter plan. Trial limits are automatically lifted upon upgrading to a paid plan.

• The daily message rate applies separately to incoming and outgoing traffic. For example, a limit of 100 allows for 100 sent messages and 100 received messages in a 24-hour period.
• If you cancel a Business Email free trial, it cannot be reactivated. If the hosting plan expires before 1 year, the email trial is canceled.
• Trial Email limits are fixed per plan and cannot be customized. You can upgrade to a Business Starter or Business Premium plan at any time; the new limits will apply to all mailboxes associated with the domain or subdomain.

Free Business Email

These Free Business Email versions are bundled with legacy hosting plans and are no longer available for new purchases. These parameters apply only to users with an active legacy plan. You can review your specific plan details and current resource usage directly within your account.

1. Go to hPanel → Emails.
2. Locate your domain and click Mailboxes.
3. Click on View limits to get a detailed breakdown of your email resources.
