If you log in to your Hostinger account and don’t find any services, there are a few common reasons for this. Here are a few alternatives you can try.
Option 1 – Confirm your Hostinger account
If you have more than one Hostinger account, the services may be linked to a different account. Check the following:
-
Try logging in with any other email addresses you may have used
-
If applicable, check social login options such as Google, Facebook, or GitHub
-
Look through the inboxes of your email accounts for messages from Hostinger. The email receiving those messages is the one registered to the account with services
Option 2 – Payment is in progress
If you’re sure you’re using the correct account and you’ve recently made your first purchase, the payment may still be processing.
Depending on the payment method, it can take some time for the service to appear in hPanel. In this case, no action is needed; once the payment is completed, the service will automatically appear and you’ll be able to set it up.
Option 3 – Inactive services
If a service is not renewed before the end of its billing cycle, it may stop appearing in hPanel after the renewal period ends. Make sure all services in your account are still within their renewal window and haven’t expired, been suspended, or been canceled.
Occasionally, an account may appear empty due to temporary maintenance on all associated services or hPanel itself. You can check Hostinger’s status page to confirm this and verify service availability once maintenance is completed.
An empty account view is usually caused by a login mismatch or a payment that is still being processed. Once this is sorted, your services should appear normally.
