You can request a refund for a Hostinger Horizons plan under specific conditions. Because Hostinger Horizons operates using credits and dynamic AI models, its cancellation terms differ slightly from standard hosting products. Eligibility terms and usage limits

To qualify for a refund on a Hostinger Horizons plan, your subscription must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction date.
  • You must have used fewer than 30 total message or prompt credits on the plan. If your credit usage exceeds 30 messages, the plan is no longer refundable.
  • Horizons plan refunds are limited to one refund per customer.
  • The service must have been used in accordance with the Hostinger Terms of Service.
  • Credit top-ups are non-refundable.

Linked hosting plans

Hostinger Horizons subscriptions can be purchased independently if you already have an active hosting plan, or as a bundle. An active hosting plan is always required to host your projects.

  • Refunding a Hostinger Horizons plan automatically cancels any bundled hosting subscription included with the purchase.
  • If an existing hosting plan is refunded independently of the Hostinger Horizons subscription, your Hostinger Horizons websites hosted on that plan are permanently deleted. An active hosting plan must remain functional to keep your projects accessible online.

  • Top-up credits require an active Hostinger Horizons plan to be used.

Understanding AI-generated outcomes

Hostinger Horizons uses advanced AI models to generate web applications and content. Because AI operates on probabilistic patterns rather than fixed templates, outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected results, and may not always fully reflect your prompts or requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing and testing any AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it. Adjusting your prompts and iterating on the output is a normal part of working with AI tools and can help align results with your project goals.

How to request a Hostinger Horizons refund

  1. Go to the Paid invoices page.
  2. Locate your Hostinger Horizons invoice.
  3. Click on the Refund button next to the invoice.
    1. If the invoice is not listed, or if it is listed but the refund option does not appear or is grayed out, the invoice is not eligible for a refund based on the criteria listed above.

 

Your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method or Hostinger Balance according to your selection. For more details, refer to the general guide on how to get refund.

NOTES

  • Once a refund is completed, your Hostinger Horizons workspace and projects are no longer accessible.
  • Hostinger Horizons top-ups or extra credit purchases are non-refundable.
